With a combined legal experience of more than 15 years, we are one of the very few general practice law firms that specialize in immigration law while practicing other areas of law such as family law, real estate law and criminal law. This is an important aspect of our practice because we know that a family law matter or a criminal law matter can have severe immigration consequences for those who are not U.S. Citizens. 
In the first week of June, 2012, the CEO of PC Tech computer training school in Jersey
City along with eight other individuals was charged with foreign student visa fraud, U.S.
Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. Individuals who were students of this school in
the past or were students of PC Tech when ICE initiated the raid in June 2012, are now
being contacted by ICE and their documents, especially their passports and I20s are
being confiscated by the government.
